Terms of the founding reservation

These are the terms for reserving a founding spot with Momo Labs, Inc. They are short because the deal is simple.

What you are buying

• A founding spot. You pay $19 today. That is a deposit, not a subscription.
• When Kin launches, the $19 is credited to your first month, and your price is $12 a month for as long as you stay subscribed, instead of the launch price of $24.
• Founding members are the first 100 families we build with. You get first access and a say in what gets built first.

Refunds

• Any time before launch, for any reason, email hello@momomoon.ai and your $19 comes back the same business day. No questions, no form.
• If we decide not to build Kin, every deposit is refunded in full without you having to ask.

What Kin is not

• It is not a medical device and does not diagnose anything. It does not replace emergency services, a doctor, a nurse, or a care aide.
• It never calls 911 on anyone’s behalf. If your parent tells Momo about a fall or chest pain, Momo tells them to call 911 and alerts you.
• The product is not built yet. What this site describes is what we intend to build with founding families. Details may change. Your deposit is refundable throughout, so you carry no risk from that.

Your parent’s consent

Kin is used by your parent and paid for by you. Before anything about your parent is collected, your parent agrees to it on their own phone, and they can stop it at any time. We will not set the product up without that.
